#diablo4 #Shako #patchnotes UPDATE: After the recent Patch Uniques can drop from Helltides Chests. The current theory is: Barbarian and Sorc have no unique Helms other than Shako and Andariel’s Visage in their Loot Pool. So whenever the Helm Helltide Chest rolls a unique it is either Shako or Andariel for those classes (lvl 85 ). Drop rate seems to be around ~0.5% chance (ESTIMATE). Best of luck!
