In a recent interview with CR Fashion Book, Aniston revealed the four simple things she does to stay a size two.
1. She eats a healthy diet.
Aniston is a big believer in eating clean and nutritious foods. She starts her day with a healthy breakfast, such as oatmeal or avocado toast, and makes sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains throughout the day. She also limits her intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and red meat.
2. She exercises regularly.
Aniston works out five to six days a week, focusing on a mix of cardio and strength training. She enjoys running, hiking, and yoga, and she also does weight training to maintain her muscle mass.
