Digging Indian Artifacts with a Bobcat in Texas

I went with my father and his metal detecting friends to a weekend bobcat dig. For the amount of dirt I moved I was hoping to find more than I did, but that’s how it goes when you’re screening already dug up dirt. Hit or miss, which is why we call it hunting, not finding artifacts. Not all digs are winners. At least we all had a great time and made new friends along the way.
