Сидя на полу поднимаем ноги к груди. Корпус при этом не двигается, руки можем скрестить на груди либо удерживать ровно перед собой. Упражнение сложное тем, что нужно держать равновесие и не заваливаться вперед\назад. Амплитуда небольшая. Делаем выдох при сокращении мышц пресса.
