My Mum Ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon

My mum ran and complted the Royal Parks Half Marathon! It’s 13 mile or a 21km long stretch inside Hyde Park. At the age of 62 that is a magnificent feat and I’m extremely proud. She did to raise money for charity called Carers Network. It’s a charity that helps unpaid carers. She is the prime carer for my grandma. Another reason to do it was to prove to herself that she could do it. It was a great day in London with thousands of participants. Well done to each and everyone of those people. They prove there is a lot of good in this world. You can read my mum’s and other inspiring people’s stories here: She managed to raise over £2,500!
