Obama says it is ’hard to be hopeful’ amid Israel-Hamas war 

Former President Barack Obama delivered remarks in Chicago where he noted that the world feels “more unstable and more dangerous“ than it has in a long time, referencing the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas.
