UK - Britannia Rules! - Part Two, 31st March 2019

Having worked the Britannia Express from Crewe to York, the previous day (see Part One), BR Class 7MT pacific number 70000 “Britannia“ headed a private charter, named “Brexit Express“, in the opposite direction from York back to Crewe. We decided (like the day before) to attempt a marathon run to try to get three shots of the train on its journey. We had failed on the previous attempt but, despite appalling traffic at times, we managed to get to our three chosen locations just in time to “catch the train“!
