A WALMART shopper says she’s ashamed that she gave the retailer a second chance - only to be disappointed once again. She described the trouble she experienced when using Walmart’s curbside pickup service in the past. The service allows shoppers to order goods online before choosing a timeslot that best suits them. Walmart sends customers an email when their order is ready and a worker brings the item to their car after confirming their arrival at the store. The frustrated shopper said that she’d decided to give the service another go despite her previous bad experience.
