Relaxing Stretch Routine - Day 4 Summer Shape Up Challenge

Welcome to Day 4 of Summer Shape Up Challenge! Im so proud of you for smashing out 3 workouts already and I encourage you to take today as a recovery and stretch day. Stretching is so important so we can strengthen our muscles and recover faster. This routine is a lovely, full body stretch, that will help to relax you and relieve any tension.
