Spirit of Khmer Angkor, a film by Johnny Mam. A story about the art form of Cambodian classical dance on the brink of extinction. This story shows the struggles of the older generation of Cambodians and the new generation of Cambodian Americans trying to revive the almost lost art form facing hardships and obstacles. Natalie Lor, dance instructor, takes a chance by allowing, Tiffany Lytle, 20, a student of the Spirit of Khmer Angkor, to lead an important role for the biggest performance of the year.
