Harrison Ford, the legendary actor who has played iconic roles such as Han Solo and Indiana Jones, received the honorary Palme d’Or for lifetime achievement at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday. The 80-year-old star was presented with the prestigious award by French director Iris Knobloch, who praised him for his “extraordinary career” and his “immense contribution to cinema”.
