London. Title: “The Chelsea Arts Ball. Royal Academy Students ’stunt’, for the ’the Ball of the year’ ... ’the Wedding of Isis’.“ M/S of a procession of students walking between two tall buildings; they are dressed in elaborate Egyptian costumes, one girl sits on a throne carried on the shoulders by some of the male students. M/S of girl on the throne. Panning shot of the students in their costumes; a lot of effort has gone into authentic looking head-dresses, wigs and fans. Intertitle: “Architectural students will present ’the Serpent of the Nile’.“ M/S of a line of students outside some university buildings, a couple of men are arranging a sheet draped over the heads of the students. High angled shot of the students; we see that the sheet is part of a snake costume, the students at the front of the line hold up a model of a snake’s head; the serpent winds its way down a London street - looks very effective!
