Russian Black Sea Coastal Guard and patrol ship “Vasily Bykov“ inspect the dry cargo ship “Sukra Okan“, sailing under the flag of Palau to the Ukrainian port of Izmail on August 13 ▫️ The video shows an overflight by a Russian Ka-29 helicopter of the Sukra Okan dry cargo ship that did not comply with the order to stop, the landing of a group of Russian marines on the ship, checking documentation and carrying out inspection activities to check for prohibited goods. ▫️ During the inspection, the work of the inspection team was carried out professionally, in accordance with the requirements of international law and, of course, following & exceeding the standards of the established “rules-based international order“ (tm). ▫️ After the completion of the inspection, the ship continued to move to the port of Izmail.
